Light/love

The manifested form that results when Light has been impressed with Love — the complement and counterpart of love/light.

What Ra means

Light/love is the manifested side of the creation's fundamental dyad. Where love/light is the power flowing outward, light/love is what that power becomes when it has been shaped — the form, the thing made (15.22.3-5). Ra compares the relationship to learn/teaching versus teach/learning: the same reality seen from the receiving rather than the giving end. At any given moment there is one energy; it may be named as love/light, or light/love, or intelligent energy, depending on which direction it is being described from (15.9.10-11).

Light/love appears most precisely in Ra's description of the harvest process. At harvest, the Guardians — from the octave above Ra's own — stand at the steps of light/love and provide its emissions in exquisitely calibrated gradations, so that each entity's precise light/love vibration can be ascertained (51.1.7-11). The harvest is therefore automatic in one sense: entities respond to exactly the light/love they can sustain. The Guardians do not decide; they provide the precise conditions under which each entity's violet-ray selfhood declares its own readiness. Light/love is thus both the substance of the creation an entity has grown through and the medium against which that growth is measured at the moment of transition.

At sixth density, Ra notes, the work is no longer about polarity but about becoming light/love and love/light directly — seeking the balance between compassion and wisdom that draws the entity closer to unity with the One Creator (64.6.7-9). The harvest-level encounter with light/love and the sixth-density process of becoming it are different stages of the same movement.

The distinction and the single energy beneath the dyad:

There is the same difference between love/light and light/love as there is between teach/learning and learn/teaching. Love/light is the enabler, the power, the energy giver. Light/love is the manifestation which occurs when Light has been impressed with Love.

At harvest — the Guardians' calibrated emissions of light/love and what they measure:

The second class of those who ward this process are those of the Confederation who have the honor/duty of standing in the small places at the edge of the steps of light/love so that those entities being harvested will not, no matter how confused or unable to make contact with their higher self, stumble and fall away for any reason other than the strength of the light. These Confederation entities catch those who stumble and set them aright so that they may continue into the light.

The third group watching over this process is that group you call the Guardians. This group is from the octave above our own and serves in this manner as light-bringers. These Guardians provide the precise emissions of light/love in exquisitely fastidious disseminations of discrimination so that the precise light/love vibration of each entity may be ascertained.

How entities at harvest move along the line of light/love until it grows too glaring:

Those who, finishing a cycle of experience, demonstrate various grades of distortion of that understanding of thought and action will be separated by their own choice into the vibratory distortion most comfortable to their mind/body/spirit complexes.

This process is guarded, or watched, by those nurturing beings who, being very close to the Law of One in their distortions, nevertheless have the distortion towards active service.

Thus, the illusion is created of Light, or more properly but less understandably, light/love. This is in varying degrees of intensity. The spirit complex of each harvested entity moves along the line of light until the light grows too glaring, at which time the entity stops. This entity may have barely reached third density or may be very, very close to the ending of the third-density light/love distortion vibratory complex. Nevertheless, those who fall within this octave of intensifying light/love then experience a major cycle during which the opportunities are many for the discovery of the distortions which are inherent in each entity and, therefore, the lessening of these distortions.
