Guardians

High-density "light-bringers" from the octave above Ra's, who administer Earth's quarantine and oversee the harvest.

What Ra means

Ra uses the name in two settings. In the Council structure, twenty-four entities called the Guardians stand ready to offer consensus judgment whenever the nine-member Session Council is in doubt; they faithfully watch and are consulted as needed (7.9). At harvest, the group Ra calls the Guardians comes from the octave above Ra's own and serves as light-bringers (51.1).

At harvest, the Guardians are the third of three levels of oversight. Where the first level is planetary and angelic, and the second is Confederation entities who catch those who stumble at the edge of the light, the Guardians provide the precise emissions of light against which each harvested entity is measured (51.1). The harvest is automatic in that each entity responds according to its violet-ray emanation — what is unchangeable about it at the moment of harvest — and the Guardians' role is to ensure that light is presented with the accuracy and care needed for each entity to have the fullest opportunity to show its true selfhood.

The quarantine of Earth was also set in motion by Guardian action. An early attempt to bring the Law of One to Mars refugees was judged by other Guardians to have abridged those entities' free will, and it was from that assessment that the planet's quarantine was instituted (9.9). The Guardians sweep Earth's energy fields, hailing approaching entities in the name of the One Creator and bathing them in love/light — a greeting so potent that any entity responsive to the Law of One will comply of its own free will (12.5).

The three levels of harvest oversight, and the Guardians' specific role among them:

There are those of three levels watching over harvest.

The first level is planetary and that which may be called angelic. This type of guardian includes the mind/body/spirit complex totality or higher self of an entity and those inner plane entities which have been attracted to this entity through its inner seeking.

The second class of those who ward this process are those of the Confederation who have the honor/duty of standing in the small places at the edge of the steps of light/love so that those entities being harvested will not, no matter how confused or unable to make contact with their higher self, stumble and fall away for any reason other than the strength of the light. These Confederation entities catch those who stumble and set them aright so that they may continue into the light.

The third group watching over this process is that group you call the Guardians. This group is from the octave above our own and serves in this manner as light-bringers. These Guardians provide the precise emissions of light/love in exquisitely fastidious disseminations of discrimination so that the precise light/love vibration of each entity may be ascertained.

Thus the harvest is automatic in that those harvested will respond according to that which is unchangeable during harvest. That is the violet-ray emanation. However, these helpers are around to ensure a proper harvesting so that each entity may have the fullest opportunity to express its violet-ray selfhood.

Guardians sweep the energy fields and halt approaching entities:

I am Ra. There is contact at the level of light-form, or light-body being, depending upon the vibratory level of the Guardian. These Guardians sweep reaches of your earth’s energy fields attempting to be aware of any entities approaching. An entity which is approaching is hailed in the name of the One Creator. Any entity thus hailed is bathed in love/light and will of free will obey the quarantine due to the power of the Law of One.

The origin of the planetary quarantine in Guardian deliberation:

I am Ra. The Law of One was named by these Guardians as the bringing of the wisdom of the Guardians in contact with the entities from the Red Planet, thus melding the social memory complex of the Guardian race and the Red Planet race. It, however, took an increasing amount of distortion into the application of the Law of One from the viewpoint of other Guardians, and it is from this beginning action that the quarantine of this planet was instituted, for it was felt that the free will of those of the Red Planet had been abridged.
