Telepathy

Mind-to-mind communication — the primary medium of metaphysical contact and of the Council's unity.

What Ra means

Telepathy is the primary mode through which both the Confederation and the Orion group carry their teachings across densities. Both polarities use the same channel: the Confederation disseminates the Law of One telepathically, and the Orion group promulgates service-to-self philosophy the same way (12.13). The medium itself is neutral; what distinguishes the communications is the polarity and intent of those sending and receiving.

Even early Confederation aid to second-density entities was telepathic rather than vocal or written, adapted to the nature of beings who had not yet developed concept-based speech (19.5). When a more advanced contact visited a third-density group, it used a telepathic linkage to progressively show those who were willing the planetary situation — an approach that informed without compelling, then withdrew (22.12). This restraint is characteristic: telepathic contact from the Confederation conveys philosophy and impression, not coercive proof.

The same medium underlies the Council of Saturn's function. The Council operates by telepathic contact with the oneness of its nine members, their distortions blending harmoniously so that the Law of One prevails with ease (7.9). Telepathy is also the medium fourth-density entities use among themselves — in negative fourth density, the transparency of thought is attempted to be turned toward the advantage of those at the apex of the power structure (38.14). Across densities and polarities, mind-to-mind communication is the architecture of collective and cross-density teaching.

Orion and Confederation both teach through the same telepathic channel:

This is correct. Through telepathy, the philosophy of the Law of One with the distortion of service to self is promulgated. In advanced groups, there are rituals and exercises given, and these have been written down just as the service-to-others oriented entities have written down the promulgated philosophy of their teachers. The philosophy concerns the service of manipulating others that they may experience service towards the other-self, thus through this experience becoming able to appreciate service to self.

Second-density aid delivered through telepathy, adapted to the nature of those receiving:

I am Ra. There were some second-density entities which made the graduation into third density with no outside stimulus but only the efficient use of experience.

Others of your planetary second density joined the third-density cycle due to harvesting efforts by the same sort of sending of vibratory aid as those of the Confederation send you now. This communication was, however, telepathic, rather than telepathic/vocal or telepathic/written, due to the nature of second-density beings.

A Confederation being offers a telepathic linkage and then withdraws:

A light being appeared bearing that which may be called a shield of light. It spoke of the oneness and infinity of all creation and of those things which await those ready for harvest. It described in golden words the beauties of love as lived. It then allowed a telepathic linkage to progressively show those who were interested the plight of third density when seen as a planetary complex. It then left.
