Reincarnation

The repeated incarnation of a mind/body/spirit complex across lifetimes in pursuit of its lessons and polarization.

What Ra means

Ra uses the word "reincarnate" in only two exchanges, but the mechanics of repeated lifetimes run throughout the corpus as the assumed structure of third-density experience. The cycle of incarnation and between-life review in time/space is how an entity accumulates the catalyst needed to polarize. Early in third density this cycle runs quickly: incarnations follow each other rapidly with little interval for healing or review. As the energy centers deepen and the lessons become more complex — particularly as green ray and love become the focus — the interval between lives lengthens, giving the entity time to absorb what it experienced (21.9).

The two explicit appearances of "reincarnate" show the concept applied at the edges. In one, certain fourth-density entities chose, by free will, to forgo graduation and reincarnate immediately back into third density — remaining here out of love rather than because their vibration required it (15.20). In the other, a non-human companion is offered the possibility of returning to be near those it has loved (104.11). Both cases underscore Ra's consistent point: the decision to incarnate again is always, fundamentally, a choice freely made.

In Ra's words

Early in third density incarnations follow each other automatically and quickly; as love becomes the lesson, the interval grows:

As the incarnations begin to accumulate, further needs are discovered: the need to trade, the need to love, the need to be loved, the need to elevate animalistic behaviors to a more universal perspective.

During the first portion of third-density cycles, incarnations are automatic and occur rapidly upon the cessation of energy complex of the physical vehicle. There is small need to review or to heal the experiences of the incarnation. As, what you would call, the energy centers begin to be activated to a higher extent, more of the content of experience during incarnation deals with the lessons of love.

Thus the time, as you may understand it, between incarnations is lengthened to give appropriate attention to the review and the healing of experiences of the previous incarnation. At some point in third density, the green-ray energy center becomes activated, and at that point incarnation ceases to be automatic.

A fourth-density entity choosing, out of love, to reincarnate into third density rather than proceeding:

These are planetary entities harvested—wanderers only in the sense that they chose, in fourth-density love, to immediately reincarnate in third density rather than proceeding towards fourth density. This causes them to be wanderers of a type, wanderers who have never left the earth plane because of their free will rather than because of their vibrational level.

A non-human companion offered the possibility of reincarnating to remain with those it loves:

Firstly, we would suggest that possibility/probability vortices include those in which the entity known as Gandalf has a lengthier incarnation.

Secondly, we would suggest that this entity goes to a graduation if it desires. Otherwise, it may choose to reincarnate to be with those companions it has loved.
