# Quarantine *Canonical page: https://ra.contact/concepts/quarantine* *Last updated: 2026-06-25* *The "sealing off" of Earth, administered by the Guardians and Council of Saturn, that blocks outside entities from freely infringing on third-density free will.* ## What Ra means The quarantine exists to protect free will, not to restrict it. Ra states that the Guardians guard the free-will distortion of Earth's third-density mind/body/spirit complexes, and that the quarantine was activated when outside interference was already infringing on that freedom (16.1). The measure is balanced rather than prohibitive: it does not stop the Orion group outright but gives their free will "a challenge," while leaving third-density entities free to choose without higher-dimensional coercion they could not recognize (16.2). In practice, the Guardians sweep Earth's energy fields and hail any approaching entity in the name of the One Creator, bathing it in love/light. Any entity sufficiently responsive to the Law of One will comply of its own free will — the love/light net is not a wall so much as a condition that a highly vibrational being simply cannot move through against (12.5). Non-compliance would be, as Ra puts it, equivalent to walking into a solid wall (12.6). Only those who find windows — distortions or irregularities in the surrounding space/time continua — can penetrate; these windows are rare and unpredictable (12.7). The Council of Saturn administers quarantine decisions. When an entity has "permission granted" by the Council, the terms are specific: not dwelling among Earth's peoples, but appearing in thought-form for those who have eyes to see, or creating mystery sufficient to awaken interest in infinity (7.12). The quarantine is not absolute but graduated, calibrated to the state of those it protects and the demands of the Law of Confusion. ## In Ra's words The Guardians' mechanism for enforcing quarantine: > I am Ra.
