# Confederation *Canonical page: https://ra.contact/concepts/confederation* *Last updated: 2026-06-25* *The Confederation of Planets in the Service of the Infinite Creator: an alliance of many civilizations and planetary consciousnesses dedicated to service per the Law of One.* ## What Ra means The Confederation is not a uniform body but a genuine alliance of unlike members: Ra reports approximately fifty-three civilizations comprising around five hundred planetary consciousness complexes, spanning entities within Earth's solar system, from other galaxies, and including those of Earth's own planet who have moved beyond third density (6.24). Ra, a sixth-density social memory complex, is itself a member (6.24). Admission is overseen by the Council of Saturn, whose duties include determining which social memory complexes may join (7.9). The Confederation operates under a binding constraint: free will. It answers callings rather than imposing itself, and when callings are present it offers philosophy and inspiration rather than proof. Ra's own early contact with Egypt illustrates both the method and its limits — contact was made with one who heard and understood, but when those around quickly distorted the teaching away from its compassion, Ra withdrew rather than remain in what had become a hypocritical position (1.5). At harvest, Confederation members take up a specific station: standing at the edges of the steps of light/love so that entities being harvested do not stumble and fall away for any reason other than the actual measure of their polarization. Those who stumble are caught and set right so they can continue into the light (51.1).
